Omar Cardena and his crew did a wonderful job resurfacing my deck. They quickly removed the old wood and hauled it away, and they used top quality wood to minimize warping. Omar and his team did a great job replacing 3 of our skylights, and that was no small request. The roof is very steep and the windows are large and heavy. Omar was very responsive when I contacted him and he came out the next day to give us a quote. Then he got us on the schedule as soon as the skylights arrived. Omar is amazing. We had a couple of leaks over the years which he was able to fix but ultimately we needed a new roof. I evaluated several roofing companies but stayed with Omar and I’m very happy that I did. He was consultative and timely during the entire process. Omar has worked on three of our properties over the last 6 years. He repaired two roof leaks on a workshop, including resealing two skylights. The following year he put a new roof on our storage shed and added a skylight. At another property he replaced the roof of the detached garage and added a ridge vent. He also replaced the roof of another property so that we could get it ready for the market and also came by to repair damage to a corner of our new home’s roof caused by a neighbor’s oak tree that fell and clipped the corner of the garage roof. On every property and project, Omar did a great job. He is thorough, takes pride in his work, and is fairly priced. We recommend him very highly. He is a true craftsman and a pleasure to work with.
