Omar returned my call within an hour and was at my home troubleshooting the problem that same day. We tentatively scheduled the work for Friday or Saturday, depending on weather and the other jobs already in queue, Omar was later unable to support Friday or Saturday but offered to spend his Sunday working on my roof. Omar and Javier spent their Sunday afternoon pinpointing the source of my leak, repairing the leak, replacing shingles, installing a downspout, and even found a couple of other minor maintenance items to correct while they were on the roof. Omar has worked on three of our properties over the last 6 years. He repaired two roof leaks on a workshop, including resealing two skylights. The following year he put a new roof on our storage shed and added a skylight. At another property he replaced the roof of the detached garage and added a ridge vent. He also replaced the roof of another property so that we could get it ready for the market and also came by to repair damage to a corner of our new home’s roof caused by a neighbor’s oak tree that fell and clipped the corner of the garage roof.
